N\u00e4r semesterns l\u00e4ngd r\u00e4knas, avrundas en halv dag upp till en hel semesterdag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full semesterr\u00e4tt enligt semesterlagen \u00e4r sammanlagt 4 veckor semester sommaren och en vecka semester p\u00e5 vintern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan ha r\u00e4tt till en l\u00e4ngre semester med l\u00f6n, om detta avtalats p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen eller i kollektivavtalet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div data-accordion-title=\"N\u00e4r kan jag ta ut semester?\" data-block-id=\"block-aaa3ed2e-2ae4-4aeb-8b47-dc9e4aefe7b1\" class=\"wp-block-as-blocks-accordion-block\"><div class=\"accordion\"><div class=\"accordion-item\"><h4 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"block-aaa3ed2e-2ae4-4aeb-8b47-dc9e4aefe7b1heading\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#block-aaa3ed2e-2ae4-4aeb-8b47-dc9e4aefe7b1\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"block-aaa3ed2e-2ae4-4aeb-8b47-dc9e4aefe7b1\">N\u00e4r kan jag ta ut semester?<\/button><\/h4><div id=\"block-aaa3ed2e-2ae4-4aeb-8b47-dc9e4aefe7b1\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"block-aaa3ed2e-2ae4-4aeb-8b47-dc9e4aefe7b1heading\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p><strong>Innan tidpunkten f\u00f6r semestern best\u00e4ms ska arbetsgivaren ge arbetstagaren tillf\u00e4lle att framf\u00f6ra sin \u00e5sikt om semesterns tidpunkt.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Arbetsgivaren ska i m\u00e5n av m\u00f6jlighet beakta arbetstagarnas synpunkter och bem\u00f6ta arbetstagarna j\u00e4mlikt n\u00e4r tidpunkten f\u00f6r semestrarna best\u00e4ms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt semesterlagen ska 24 dagar av semestern h\u00e5llas under semesterperioden (maj\u2013september), om detta inte orsakar sv\u00e5righeter f\u00f6r arbetsgivarens verksamhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetsgivaren ska meddela arbetstagaren semesterns tidpunkt senast en m\u00e5nad innan semestern b\u00f6rjar. Om semester m\u00e5ste h\u00e5llas i flera delar av en orsak som beror p\u00e5 arbetsgivaren, \u00e4r det bra att h\u00e5lla i minnet att semesterlagen f\u00f6reskriver att minst 12 dagar (tv\u00e5 veckor) av sommarsemestern ska h\u00e5llas oavbrutet. I \u00f6vrigt kan semestrar delas upp f\u00f6r att tas ut i flera delar. Om du sj\u00e4lv vill ta ut din semester i kortare perioder, ska du komma \u00f6verens om det med din arbetsgivare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gl\u00f6m inte att en s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng oavbruten semester p\u00e5 sommaren och vintern som m\u00f6jligt hj\u00e4lper dig b\u00e4ttre att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta dig fr\u00e5n arbetet och orka i arbetet igen! Enligt lagen har du r\u00e4tt till en oavbruten semester om det inte \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt med tanke p\u00e5 organiseringen av arbetet. Hur oavbrutna semestrar \u00e4r varierar starkt beroende p\u00e5 bransch, och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r finns det ofta avtal om dem i kollektivavtalen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad betyder tid som likst\u00e4lls med arbetad tid?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I ett anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande tj\u00e4nar du in semester fr\u00e5n anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandets b\u00f6rjan efter antalet s\u00e5 kallade kvalifikationsm\u00e5nader. Du tj\u00e4nar in semester ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r tid som likst\u00e4lls med arbetad tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som tid som \u00e4r likst\u00e4lld med arbetad tid r\u00e4knas s\u00e5dan fr\u00e5nvarotid f\u00f6r vilken arbetsgivaren enligt lag \u00e4r skyldig att betala l\u00f6n till arbetstagaren. Som tid som \u00e4r likst\u00e4lld med arbetad tid r\u00e4knas till exempel de dagar d\u00e5 arbetstagaren varit p\u00e5 moderskaps-, s\u00e4rskild moderskaps-, faderskaps- eller f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet eller fr\u00e5nvarande fr\u00e5n arbetet p\u00e5 grund av sjukdom eller olycka (h\u00f6gst 75 arbetsdagar under kvalifikations\u00e5ret) eller p\u00e5 grund av permittering (h\u00f6gst 30 arbetsdagar i taget).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semesterpenning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I arbets- och tj\u00e4nstekollektivavtal avtalas om semesterpenning som betalas antingen f\u00f6re eller efter semestern. Semesterpenningen utg\u00f6r i allm\u00e4nhet 50 procent av l\u00f6nen f\u00f6r semestertid och den betalas ut\u00f6ver semesterl\u00f6nen eller semesterers\u00e4ttningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semester d\u00e5 anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet upph\u00f6r<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5 anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet upph\u00f6r, betalas semesterl\u00f6n som motsvarar den semester som inte tagits ut i pengar som en s\u00e5 kallad semesterers\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrollera i l\u00f6nespecifikationen att semesterers\u00e4ttningen och semesterpenningen betalats p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt i anslutning till slutl\u00f6nen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alla har r\u00e4tt till ledighet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du arbetar tillf\u00e4lligt eller har v\u00e4ldigt f\u00e5 arbetstimmar per m\u00e5nad, kan det h\u00e4nda att du inte tj\u00e4nar in n\u00e5gon semester alls. F\u00f6r s\u00e5dana situationer finns det best\u00e4mmelser om r\u00e4tten till ledighet i semesterlagen. Detta arrangemang som bygger p\u00e5 semesterlagen garanterar att arbetstagare som haft en kortvarig anst\u00e4llning eller arbetar varierande ocks\u00e5 har r\u00e4tt till ledighet. D\u00e5 tj\u00e4nar du in 2 dagar ledighet per kalenderm\u00e5nad under anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet. Antalet arbetsdagar eller -timmar har ingen betydelse. Det r\u00e4cker med att anst\u00e4llningen \u00e4r i kraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du intj\u00e4nar alltid s\u00e5ledes 2 dagar i m\u00e5naden, \u00e4ven om anst\u00e4llningen varar i mer \u00e4n ett \u00e5r. Arbetstagaren har r\u00e4tt till fyra veckors ledighet efter att anst\u00e4llningen varat i ett \u00e5r. Du f\u00e5r sj\u00e4lv best\u00e4mma om du tar ledigt. Du kan ocks\u00e5 ta endast en del av ledigheten.
