Arbetstagarens r\u00e4ttigheter tryggas i lagstiftningen eller i\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.fi\/mika-on-tyoehtosopimus\/\" target=\"_blank\">arbets- och kollektivavtal.<\/a> Lagstiftningen och avtalen definierar ocks\u00e5 arbetstagarens skyldigheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetstagaren har en lojalitetsplikt som bygger p\u00e5 lag. Denna plikt kan vara f\u00f6rpliktande ocks\u00e5 efter att anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet upph\u00f6rt. Det betyder att du inte f\u00e5r skada arbetsgivaren med dina handlingar. Brott mot lojalitetsplikten kan handla exempelvis om att du bedriver konkurrerande verksamhet hos en annan arbetsgivare eller att du avsl\u00f6jar arbetsgivarens aff\u00e4rs- och yrkeshemligheter eller kundens uppgifter f\u00f6r utomst\u00e5ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som arbetstagare omfattas du av ett f\u00f6rbud mot konkurrerande verksamhet. Du f\u00e5r inte utf\u00f6ra s\u00e5dant arbete f\u00f6r en annan arbetsgivare eller bedriva s\u00e5dan verksamhet som skadar din huvudsakliga arbetsgivare genom att den \u00e4r en konkurrerande handling i strid med god sed. Du f\u00e5r arbeta f\u00f6r en annan arbetsgivare under fritiden, om detta inte skadar din huvudsyssla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du \u00e4r skyldig att utf\u00f6ra de \u00f6verenskomna arbetsuppgifter omsorgsfullt och i enlighet med arbetsgivarens anvisningar, till exempel om avtalade arbetstider och anv\u00e4ndning av skyddsutrustning. Arbetsgivarens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tyosuojelu.fi\/web\/sv\/anstallningsforhallande\/direktionsratt-integritetsskydd-och-varning\/ratt-att-leda-arbetet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e4tt att leda arbetet<\/a>&nbsp;(direktionsr\u00e4tt) \u00e4r dock inte obegr\u00e4nsad, och arbetsgivaren kan inte kr\u00e4va att du handlar i strid med lag eller god sed. Det \u00e4r inte heller m\u00f6jligt att kr\u00e4va att arbetstagaren utf\u00f6r arbete som inte \u00e4r tryggt eller som \u00e4ventyrar arbetstagarens eller andras liv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om arbetstagaren g\u00f6r ett fel i sitt arbete eller f\u00f6rsummar sina arbetsuppgifter, kan arbetsgivaren ge arbetstagaren en anm\u00e4rkning. F\u00f6r betydande fel eller f\u00f6rsummelser kan arbetsgivaren ge en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tyosuojelu.fi\/web\/sv\/anstallningsforhallande\/direktionsratt-integritetsskydd-och-varning\/varning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">varning<\/a>. Om du inte vet p\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt du har gjort fel, har du r\u00e4tt att be chefen klarg\u00f6r saken. Om du upplever att du inte f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nat en varning har du r\u00e4tt att framf\u00f6ra din egen \u00e5sikt om saken i ett skriftligt genm\u00e4le. F\u00f6r upprepade \u00f6vertr\u00e4delser eller f\u00f6r en betydande \u00f6vertr\u00e4delse kan f\u00f6lja att anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet upph\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I geng\u00e4ld mot din arbetsinsats har du r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 l\u00f6n och m\u00e5nga andra f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner. Du f\u00e5r inte bara de f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner och r\u00e4ttigheter som best\u00e4ms i lag, utan samlar ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4rdefull erfarenhet och nya kunskaper och f\u00e4rdigheter som \u00e4r till nytta f\u00f6r dig under hela din arbetskarri\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du har r\u00e4tt att h\u00f6ra till ett <a href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.fi\/mina-tyoelamassa\/miksiliittoon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fackf\u00f6rbund<\/a> och delta i dess verksamhet. Du har ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4tt att inte organisera dig.
