Hos staten, i kommunerna och i f\u00f6rsamlingarna arbetar arbetstagare i tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6rh\u00e5llande, och avtal som g\u00e4ller dem kallas f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstekollektivavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett kollektivavtal kan vara allm\u00e4nt bindande eller normalt bindande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kollektivavtalen och deras allm\u00e4nt bindande verkan har stor betydelse n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att trygga minimikraven f\u00f6r arbetstagarna i arbetslivet. <\/strong>De bromsar ocks\u00e5 upp inkomstskillnaderna. Kollektivavtalen hj\u00e4lper arbetsgivaren att fullg\u00f6ra sina skyldigheter enligt arbetsavtalslagen, till exempel g\u00e4llande j\u00e4mlikt bem\u00f6tande av arbetstagarna och genomf\u00f6randet av j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldheten och likabehandlingen.\u202f\u202fDet finns cirka 160 allm\u00e4nt bindande kollektivavtal i Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Avtalens allm\u00e4nt bindande verkan ger arbetsmarknaden stabilitet och f\u00f6rebygger snedvriden konkurrens mellan f\u00f6retag, d\u00e5 f\u00f6retagen inte kan konkurrera med varandra genom att f\u00f6rs\u00e4mra arbetstagarnas arbetsvillkor. Minimikraven \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 bra f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llsekonomin genom att de \u00f6kar produktiviteten genom att gallra bland svaga f\u00f6retag och f\u00f6rhindrar att l\u00f6nerna och de \u00f6vriga villkoren sjunker under miniminiv\u00e5n.\u202f\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kollektivavtalsf\u00f6rhandlingar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fackf\u00f6rbundens viktigaste uppgift \u00e4r att f\u00f6rhandla fram arbets- och tj\u00e4nstekollektivavtal f\u00f6r olika branscher. Ett kollektivavtal \u00e4r ett avtal mellan fackf\u00f6rbunden och arbetsgivaren eller arbetsgivarf\u00f6rbundet om de villkor f\u00f6r arbetet som ska iakttas f\u00f6r arbetstagare i en viss bransch eller hos en viss arbetsgivare. Ett avtal som g\u00e4ller arbetsvillkoren f\u00f6r arbetstagare som arbetar i tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6rh\u00e5llande hos kommunerna, staten eller kyrkan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>I arbets- och tj\u00e4nstekollektivavtal avtalas till exempel om branschens l\u00f6ner och l\u00f6nef\u00f6rh\u00f6jningar. I dem kan man ocks\u00e5 avtala om b\u00e4ttre villkor \u00e4n vad som f\u00f6reskrivs i lag. I kollektivavtal kan det finnas b\u00e4ttre villkor om till exempel semestrar och arbetstider \u00e4n i lag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/sopiminen.jpg\" alt=\"Kollektivavtalsf\u00f6rhandlingar - I arbets- och tj\u00e4nstekollektivavtal avtalas till exempel om branschens l\u00f6ner och l\u00f6nef\u00f6rh\u00f6jningar.\" class=\"wp-image-9359\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De avtalade l\u00f6nevillkoren och \u00f6vriga villkoren \u00e4r alltid minimivillkor som arbetsgivaren inte f\u00e5r underskrida. Om det finns ett villkor i ditt arbetsavtal som \u00e4r s\u00e4mre \u00e4n best\u00e4mmelsen i kollektivavtalet, \u00e4r villkoret i ditt avtal ogiltigt. D\u00e5 ska du ta kontakt med ditt fackf\u00f6rbund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett kollektivavtal ing\u00e5s i allm\u00e4nhet f\u00f6r en avtalsperiod om 1\u20133 \u00e5r. Under avtalsperioden r\u00e5der det arbetsfred, vilket betyder att det inte \u00e4r till\u00e5tet att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00e4ndra p\u00e5 avtalet med arbetsnedl\u00e4ggelser eller strejker. Om kollektivavtalets avtalsperiod g\u00e5tt ut och f\u00f6rhandlingarna om ett nytt avtal inte avancerar, kan fackf\u00f6rbundet besluta om <a href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.fi\/mika-on-lakko-enta-tyotaistelu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rder<\/a>. D\u00e5 anv\u00e4nds strejk och andra former av strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja arbetstagarnas m\u00e5l vid f\u00f6rhandlingarna om kollektivavtalet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fackf\u00f6rbundet \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta experten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fackf\u00f6rbunden \u00f6vervakar att avtalen iakttas och hj\u00e4lper sina medlemmar vid meningsskiljaktigheter. Det \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r arbetstagaren att g\u00e5 med i det f\u00f6rbund som f\u00f6rhandlat fram det kollektivavtal som iakttas i anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fackf\u00f6rbundet har de b\u00e4sta kunskaperna om arbetsvillkoren i branschen och arbetar f\u00f6r arbetstagarens intressen. Det n\u00e4mns ofta i arbetstagarens arbetsavtal vilket arbets- eller tj\u00e4nstekollektivavtal som iakttas i anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet.
